HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Business Wire EON) April 28, 2008 -- The new IP 700 Series includes two phone models: the IP 706 six-button phone, and the IP 712 12-button phone. These phones feature a large, easy-to-read graphical backlit display with user-friendly menus and features. All phones in the series support advanced functions like Key System Mode, PBX Mode, Busy Lamp Field, Shared Line Appearance and Hands Free Auto Answer. Each phone model offers dual switched Ethernet ports to enable simultaneous voice and PC data access as well as a full-duplex speaker phone and headset capability for hands-free applications. Fully compliant with 802.3af PoE, the IP 700 Series also simplifies connectivity and reduces desktop cord clutter.
